Bunker

Hoy cumplí años, y vino la familia. Recibí algunos regalos interesantes, y otros no tanto:

• el libro "Guards! Guards!" de Terry Pratchett
• el libro "The Caves of steel" de Isaac Asimov
• un "vale por unas zapatillas merrel" (son LAS zapatillas de trekking, quieroquieroquieroquieroquieroquieroquiero)
• otro libro, de cuentos de asimov, que ya está contenido en "the complete robot" (un libro que ya tengo). habrá que cambiarlo en KEL
• ropa (es inevitable): dos remeras, una chomba, un buzo (el buzo estaba bastante copado igualmente, pero ése y una remera me quedan chicos y los tengo que cambiar)
• dinero $,,$

Después estan los regalos de los amigos… uno me tiene intrigado con el regalo misterioso que está construyendo O.o (eso dijo… siendo uno de mis dos mejores amigos, descreerle no tiene sentido y dudo que esté mintiendo)

El libro de pratchett tiene una dedicatoria muy curiosa, de la cual voy a transcribir un fragmento a continuación:

They May be called the Place Guard, the City Guard, or the Patrol. Whatever the name, their purpose in any work of heroic fantasy is identical: it is, round about Chapter Three (or ten minutes into the film) to rush into the room, attack the hero one at a time, and be slaughtered. No-one ever asks them if they wanted to.

This book is dedicated to those fine men.
